DROP OFF your vehicle at PHAD in State College, PA.
If this is not possible, we do offer "wait-here" and "mobile" appointments based on availability and specific case.
If we cannot see your vehicle in-person, then a "paid remote consultation" is a last-resort option.
Once we receive your request, PHAD will email you to set up an appointment time on a first-come first-serve basis.
